About This Sponsorship Form
Thank you for your interest in becoming a sponsor of our events! Please select the event(s) and the type(s) of sponsorship you are interested in. Prices per event for each sponsorship are noted, however discounts will automatically be applied based on the number of events you are sponsoring: 10% per event for 2-4 events; 20% per event for 5-8 events. Detailed instructions for each sponsorship type will be emailed to the contact information provided no later than 3 weeks before the event.
